Qualifications

• Two years of Table Games experience.
• One year of Dual Rate Floor Supervisor or Shift/Assistant Shift Manager experience.
• Working knowledge of all games on the gaming floor, including blackjack basic strategy.
• Must be 21+ and able to obtain WA State Class III Gaming License.
• Pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Proficient with casino computer software and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Table Games department.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and state, tribal, and federal rules.
• Monitor games and guest activity; resolve disputes.
• Maintain confidentiality and protection of property assets.
• Provide outstanding guest service and team support.
• Open/close tables and manage levels, fills, and credits.
• Handle playing cards and dice inventory.
• Complete shift paperwork and staff training.
