Paradise Casino in Arizona is seeking an experienced Casino Shift Manager to lead gaming operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. As a Shift Manager, you will oversee casino-floor operations, coach team members, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold safety and professionalism.

Under the Chief Financial Officer, you will manage shift operations, contribute to policy adherence, and help maintain a welcoming environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Communications or related field preferred.
• Five years experience in the gaming industry, three years management experience, or a combination of education and experience.
• Must be 21 years of age and pass pre-employment screening and background checks.
