Osage Casinos is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee all casino activities in the absence of the General Manager. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and regulatory compliance capabilities to drive departmental performance and sustain high standards of guest service.

The role emphasizes collaboration with multiple departments to ensure smooth floor operations, strict security, and adherence to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Five years of progressive leadership experience or three years in casino supervision.
• Prior supervisory experience required.
• Must obtain ABLE liquor license.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain Osage Nation gaming license.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to staff and oversee casino operations in the absence of the GM.
• Develop and monitor budgets and financial controls for department.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NIGC, ONGC and applicable laws and policies.
• Coordinate with other departments for efficient floor operations and game changes.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Maintain security of games, monies, and personnel; address unusual activity.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operating reports and analyze performance metrics.
