Job summary

Boomtown Casino Hotel is seeking a Casino Shift Manager to oversee gaming floor operations, including table games, keno and slots, and to resolve guest service issues. The role requires familiarity with Gaming Regulations and strong multi-tasking and communication skills.

The Manager on Duty will support all departments and uphold a high standard of guest service, teamwork, and professional conduct on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy (Excel, Word) required.
• Must be 21+ to work in gaming environment.
• Full-time position; must obtain gaming and beverage cards.

Responsibilities

• Familiar with Gaming Regulations and casino floor operations (table games, keno and slots).
• Provide support to all departments and resolve guest service issues.
• Demonstrate excellent guest service, multi-tasking, and clear written and spoken communication.
