Job summary

Hollywood Casino Aurora is seeking a Casino Services Supervisor to lead the casino services team on a full-time basis. You will assign work, train staff, reward performance, and discipline when needed, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage checklists, scheduling, attendance, reservations, inventory, and promotions while coordinating with departments and managers to support a dynamic entertainment environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• College degree or equivalent work experience related to supervision or business.
• Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests.

Responsibilities

• Completes daily checklists, payroll punch detail, personnel paperwork, and scheduling.
• Monitors sign-in book for shift times, break times, and overtime.
• Maintains attendance records to ensure policy compliance.
• Updates special event reservations by obtaining approvals and inputting details.
• Coordinates with Receiving on shipments and inventory.
• Oversees Marketing promotions and events.
• Monitors ACD phone calls and manages call flow.
• Counts and verifies team member banks (Retail).
• Gives immediate feedback via observation worksheets.
• Maintains inventory of supplies, forms, promotional items, and retail stock.
• Oversees Club Hollywood Card process and upgrades.
• Manages duplicate account linking/unlinking.
• Supervises cash giveaway sweepstakes entry issuance.
• Inputs special events into casino system for analysis.
• Coordinates marketing event and entertainment contracts.
• Communicates capacity numbers to Casino Shift Managers and Security Control.
• Completes Daily Casino Guest Report and shares information with departments.
• Communicates current and future casino promotions to staff and guests.
