Penn Entertainment is hiring a Casino Services Representative in Aurora, CO. You will greet guests in promotions and admissions, issue complimentaries, and help coordinate reservations and transportation. Responsibilities

The casino services representative greets and answers inquiries from guests in both the promotions booth and admissions areas. They are responsible for issuing complimentaries, promoting and issuing screen test/marquee cards, and coordinating dinner reservations or transportation needs.

• Provides general information about Hollywood Casino and answers inquiries from guests
• Retrieves table games ratings and utilizes patron response functions
• Utilizes casino computer system to redeem star points for guests
• Assists guests with special needs
• Communicates marketing program including, star point value and issuance of promotional items
• Monitors inventory of promotional items and notifies the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder
• Makes restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable
• Operates Coat Check
• Leads property tours, as needed
