Hollywood Casino-Aurora, Inc. is seeking a Casino Services Representative to greet guests, answer inquiries, and handle reservations and promotional items. This role supports marketing initiatives and assists guests with special needs in a fast-paced entertainment setting.

Applicants must be 18+, have a High School Diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, and speak English. Basic math and physical mobility to lift up to 40 lbs are required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides general information about Hollywood Casino and answers inquiries from guests.
• Retrieves table games ratings and utilizes patron response functions.
• Utilizes casino computer system to redeem star points for guests.
• Assists guests with special needs.
• Communicates marketing program including star point value and issuance of promotional items.
• Monitors inventory of promotional items and notifies the supervisor when it is necessary to reorder.
• Makes restaurant reservations and issues complimentaries when applicable.
• Operates Coat Check.
• Leads property tours, as needed.

The casino services representative greets and answers inquiries from guests in both the promotions booth and admissions areas. They are responsible for issuing complimentaries, promoting and issuing screen test/marquee cards, and coordinating dinner reservations or transportation needs.
