Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Inc. is seeking a friendly and detail-oriented restaurant team member to take guest orders, deliver items, and process payments with accuracy and courtesy. The role requires knowledge of menu items, upselling, and maintaining a clean, safe dining environment.

Responsibilities include cash handling, operating the POS system, and providing excellent guest service while adhering to health and safety standards. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
• Food and Beverage experience and cash handling experience preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen, background check, and obtain gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Take guest orders and deliver food, drinks, and merchandise in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Handle cash, process payments, and ensure accuracy of guest checks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in dining areas, stations, and service areas.
• Provide knowledgeable answers about menu items, daily specials, and casino information.
