Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience preferred.
• 1-2 years Guest Safety experience or related casino security experience required.
• Prefer individual with two years police, military police, or casino security experience.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once and maintain clear written reports.

Responsibilities

• Supervise security staff assigned to shift and ensure policies are followed.
• Maintain timely and accurate reports and correspondence for the department.
• Respond to emergencies, fire alarms, and incidents with appropriate procedures.
• Coordinate with executives and other departments; brief the Director on incidents.
• Perform duties of Security Officer as needed and train new officers.
