Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist team members in a friendly, professional manner.
• Assist guests with directions and information about the property.
• Maintain a visible security presence to ensure a safe environment.
• Respond calmly to incidents or requests for assistance.
• Support safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
• Monitor access to restricted areas and report concerns.
• Observe and report hazards or suspicious activity to leadership.
• Assist with transporting money and chips per company procedures.
• Operate company vehicles or equipment if required with valid license.
• Collaborate with departments to enhance guest experience.
• Other duties as assigned.
