Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting and verification of money, chips, and tokens.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• React to patron and employee incidents and accidents.
• Monitor patron and employee passage in and out of casino.
• Report safety hazards and incidents.
• Verify IDs for patrons who appear under 35 years old.
• Identify and report guests showing signs of intoxication.
• Assist with incident command for emergency response situations.
• Patrol outside areas using a company vehicle when required.
• Plan, organize and complete work in a timely manner.
• Take initiative and provide guest assistance beyond expectations.
• Accept feedback and coaching from supervisors.
