Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff and guest activities to ensure compliance with policies and safety rules.
• Take necessary steps to ensure safety and security of operations.
• Provide high level customer service and promote a fun, entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Staff various posts as assigned.
• Coordinate with Surveillance on monitoring critical areas.
• Maintain visible presence and take action to ensure safety and security of guests, staff, and assets.
• Monitor and control guest access to vessels or non-public areas.
• Arrest or restrain unruly individuals as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
