Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Previous security, law enforcement, or casino/hotel security experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret policies and procedures clearly.
• Strong observation, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• Must pass background checks and PGCB license requirements if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Attend shift on time in proper uniform and maintain professional appearance.
• Respond to emergencies and evacuations per supervisor directions.
• Enforce casino policies and federal, state, and local laws.
• Monitor and secure money exchanges and casino operations.
• Patrol premises and deter unauthorized access.
• Investigate incidents and complete formal reports.
• Provide courteous service and assist guests and team members.
