Wind Creek Bethlehem is seeking an Officer - Security to protect guests, team members, and property while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

The role requires patrolling, emergency response, incident investigations, and enforcement of casino policies in compliance with PGCB regulations. You will interact with guests and colleagues, ensuring professional service and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; both in oral and written form.
• Professional appearance and customer service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Arrive for shift on time and in proper uniform.
• Executes emergency response and evacuation procedures as directed by the Shift Manager - Security.
• Monitors and enforces casino policies and applicable laws.
• Oversees money transactions between the cage, count room, and casino games.
• Patrols and inspects assigned areas to deter undesirable persons.
• Investigates incidents, takes initial reports, and conducts witness interviews.
• Maintains a visible profile among guests and team members to deter problems and assist guests.
• Monitors for unauthorized area access and trespass undesirables when directed.
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers.
