Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 2 years security experience (or 1 year in casino security), and completion of training with strong communication and physical fitness standards. EMT/EMS or CPR certification is required within 90 days.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or enrolled in a GED program to complete within six months.
• Must be twenty-one or older.
• Two years security/military or related experience, or one year casino security.
• Complete basic Security Officer training with at least 80% within 60 days.
• EMT/EMR or AED/CPR certification within 90 days.
• Meet physical fitness standards; pass relevant tests annually.
• Strong written and verbal communication; pass skills assessment with 70% minimum.

Responsibilities

• Provide security and control of casino, hotel, and property assets.
• Perform general security patrols and respond to incidents.
• Provide medical assistance as required.
• Escort guests and staff; manage crowd control and safety.
• Verify gaming machine access and payouts; maintain key control.
• Prepare written incident reports and key communications.
