Zusammenfassung

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Security Officer I to protect guests, team members and casino assets. You will identify and verify ages, patrol the floor, and respond to incidents while delivering high levels of guest service and safety.

The role requires standing/walking for long shifts, the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays, and obtaining a State Gaming License. Training (Title 31) and a clean driving record are preferred.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be twenty-one (21) years of age or older.
• One year law enforcement, military, or other security capacity preferred; or one year of front-of-house experience within WC preferred.
• Must complete Title 31 training as required as a condition of employment.
• Must successfully pass job interview.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for entire shift.
• Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required.
• Must have a current State driver’s license and an insurable driving record (preferred for driving company vehicles).
• Must have a State Gaming License (or ability to obtain and maintain).
• Must be willing and able to work in a smoke/secondhand environment.

Aufgaben

• Identifies all under-age patrons seeking to enter any Wind Creek Hospitality facility by requiring valid identification for patrons under 30.
• Walks the casino floor looking for under-age patrons and issues requiring security attention.
• Maintains focus and concentration amid distractions while following standardized procedures.
• Controls alcoholic beverages and ensures alcohol does not leave the property.
• Exhibits enthusiasm and provides a warm welcome to patrons entering or leaving the building.
• Transports guests in company vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned.
