Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Security Officer to ensure the safety of guests, Team Members, and casino assets. The role requires vigilance, prompt response to incidents, and strict adherence to security procedures.

Responsibilities include protecting property, assisting with monetary transactions between cages and gaming areas, and complying with gaming and liquor regulations. A clean driving record and ability to work in a dynamic casino environment are essential.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Prior security or law enforcement experience preferred.
Must be able to obtain and maintain Illinois Gaming License.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety and wellbeing of guests and fellow Team Members.
Make independent and good judgment decisions within policy and procedures.
Provide security protection for guests, pavilion and casino property.
Assist with monetary transactions between the casino cage, gaming tables and slots in compliance with ICS.
Comply with Underage Gaming, Responsible Gaming and Liquor Control regulations.
Assist injured guests and employees.
Be alert and respond promptly to suspicious persons or incidents on property.
Drive company vehicle as needed.
Adhere to attendance guidelines and company policies.
Perform other duties as assigned.
