Job summary

PENN Entertainment is seeking a Security leader to manage daily operations of the Security department, ensuring safe and compliant casino environments. You will determine staffing needs, supervise personnel, and oversee budget and reporting functions to support our guests and team.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5–7 years in casino security or law enforcement, and strong leadership with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required
• 5–7 years of Casino Security and/or Law Enforcement experience
• 3 years of supervisory experience required
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to remain professional with difficult guests and lead a team

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and direct Security department activities to meet goals
• Determine manpower requirements and schedule staff to maximize coverage and minimize labor costs
• Maintain and update trespassed guest lists
• Administer training programs for assigned personnel in gaming and money handling
• Hire, train, develop staff, review performance, and administer discipline
• Plan and coordinate annual budget and monitor facilities and expenses
• Develop and implement internal/external reporting; cooperate with law enforcement as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests
