Job summary

Colusa Casino Resort is seeking a security professional to provide superior guest service while ensuring a safe, honest gaming environment. You will observe and report violations, patrol the property, and promote safety across all areas.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, prior security experience preferred, and CPR/AED and TIPS certifications. You must pass a gaming license background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Pass background check for Gaming License.
• CPR/AED training and TIPS certification required.
• Must retain a valid driver license.
• Incidents documented with concise reports.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency calls and situations across the property.
• Protect casino assets including guests and employees.
• Provide guest service aligned with standards.
• Document events in chronological order in reports.
• Follow directions from supervisors in a timely manner.
• Remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ensure compliance with gaming rules, policies, and internal controls.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
