Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid California driver's license with clean driving record.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and comprehend English.
• Must complete Security Service Officer Documentation Assessment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and employees.
• Patrol interior and exterior areas to identify hazards or security concerns.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and provide first aid/CPR when needed.
• Escort guests and handle money or sensitive items with diligence.
• Conduct age checks for gaming and alcohol-permitted venues.
• Document incidents clearly in written reports.
• Attend mandatory meetings and pre-shift huddles.
• Work effectively in a team and independently as required.
