Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Minimum one year of experience in a role with direct guest interaction required.
• Valid California driver’s license with no DUI or suspension in past 3 years and limited moving violations.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and well‑being of guests and employees.
• Patrol property interior and exterior to identify hazards and security concerns.
• Respond calmly to emergencies and assist guests as needed.
• Escort guests and staff as required and monitor casino floors for risks.
• Conduct age verification for gaming and alcohol venues and assist authorities when needed.
• Document incidents clearly and attend mandatory meetings and trainings.
• Work as part of a team and also independently with minimal supervision.
