Cache Creek Casino Resort is seeking a dedicated security officer to ensure a safe environment for guests and employees. You will attend briefings, patrol the premises on foot or by vehicle, and report observations to the on‑duty Security Supervisor while maintaining knowledge of department policies and procedures.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and experience in security or customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Six months security or military experience/training and/or graduation from a police academy.
• One year customer service experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and to write routine reports.
• Age must be at least 21 years.

Responsibilities

• Attend security briefings and meetings.
• Patrol the premises on foot or in a vehicle and report observations to the Security Supervisor.
• Maintain knowledge of Security Department policies and procedures.
• Observe the premises and report observations to the Security Supervisor.
• Inform the Security Supervisor of incidents or unusual conditions.
• Prepare written reports as directed by the Security Supervisor.
• Perform currency transports per casino procedures.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Communicate with other security personnel via two‑way radios.
• Assist patrons by answering questions.
