• Promote positive work environment.
• Train staff weekly on service standards.
• Manage shift operations, assignments, breaks, coaching, and scheduling.
• Coordinate with support departments for smooth operations.
• Lead daily pre-shift meetings.
• Oversee restaurant safety and sanitation.
• Perform daily walkthrough of facilities for maintenance.
• Communicate shift information in Log-Book.
• Operate Point of Sale system and run daily reports.
• Order provisions via automated requisition system.
• Other duties as assigned.
