The candidate should have 1–3 years of payroll experience in a resort/casino, with familiarity in Infinium, Timekeeping, and MS Office to support accurate payroll and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of payroll principles: tax withholding, voluntary deductions, and fringe benefits.
• 1–3 years of payroll experience in a resort/casino.
• Experience with Infinium and Timekeeping systems.
• Ability to operate a calculator quickly and accurately.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and payroll-related casino operations.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process payroll information including time, taxes, and benefits.
• Handle garnishments and levy processing; ensure withholding distributions.
• Assist Payroll Manager and act as backup when needed.
• Develop and document standard operating procedures for payroll.
• Identify and streamline processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure payrolls are processed on time according to regulations.
