Responsibilities

• Researches required employee information using available resources.
• Handles and resolve employee payroll grievances.
• Ability to identify and elevate priority issues.
• Provides internal customer service by obtaining employee information and guiding towards a resolution.
• Must have the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to recognize when follow-up is required with internal customers.
• Contact business or private individuals by phone.
• Must have strong listening skills.
• May be asked to perform various other clerical tasks.
• Maintains client confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
