• Experience in a high-volume casino/hotel call center preferred.
• Employee Gaming registration is required.

Responsibilities

• Handle hotel room reservations, dining reservations, and event ticket sales.
• Upsell the property to maximize revenue and describe rooms, venues, and amenities.
• Check availability and provide accurate information to callers.
• Process reservations and special offers based on eligibility.
• Coordinate with departments to deliver excellent guest service.
• Maintain records of reservations and respond professionally to inquiries.
