Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years’ management experience.
• Slots experience preferred.
• Strong communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Must communicate effectively.
• Computer skills in Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• POS systems experience is helpful.
• Time management with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of cash handling procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Direct all casino and gaming operation Team Members.
• Implement Title 31 procedures and safeguard assets.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to Guests and oversee casino operations.
• Adhere to company standards, policies and procedures.
• Supervise, coach, counsel and discipline Team Members; orient, train and evaluate.
• Maintain high Team Member morale through support and recognition.
