Job summary

Scoreboard Sports Lounge and Casino, LLC in Spring Creek, NV is seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Porters, Casino Cage and Floor, Restaurant and Bar during shifts, coordinating with Department Heads and modelling exceptional service while upholding policies and Gaming Regulations.

Under the supervision of the Assistant General Manager, you will coach staff, monitor schedules, address guest concerns, ensure safety and security, and step in for vacant

Qualifications

• Must manage time effectively with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests, co-workers and management, in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to make quick judgment decisions
• Requires adherence to all company and department policies and procedures
• Must consent to and acknowledge that tips cannot be taken
• Must be able to handle a flexible schedule
• Ability to work with a high level of detailed service and attentiveness
• Excellent organizational skills
• Must possess strong teamwork skills and work independently in a high-energy environment

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day functions of Front Desk, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Porters, Casino Cage and Floor, Restaurant and Bar
• Facilitate communication to Department Heads when on property
• Provide warm personalized service and demonstrate leadership and teamwork
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed to uphold standards and Gaming Regulations
• Coach and evaluate team performance and oversee department schedules
• Address guest service issues and ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain safety and security procedures and communicate issues to management
• Fill in for vacant shifts as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Manage relationships with both team members and guests to promote a positive property culture
