Job summary

Station Casinos LLC. is seeking a Casino Service Manager to oversee Wildfire Rancho operations in Las Vegas. You will supervise multiple departments, direct Manager on Duty responsibilities, and ensure compliance with Title 31, responsible gaming, and asset protection.

You will coach, train, and evaluate team members, set schedules, maintain staffing, and drive high morale through recognition and support while delivering friendly guest service at the casino and gaming areas.

Qualifications

• Two years’ management experience.
• Slots experience preferred.
• Strong Communication, Leadership and Organizational skills.
• Must be able to communicate effectively.
• Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook preferred.
• Prior experience with Point of Sale systems helpful.

Responsibilities

• Supervise multiple departments and serve as Manager on Duty.
• Direct all casino and gaming operation Team Members.
• Observe and safeguard Company assets and follow Title 31 procedures.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to guests and oversee operations of casino and gaming areas.
• Set schedules and job duties, while maintaining Team Members' hours for proper staffing and morale.
