Job summary

Town Pump Inc. is seeking a motivated Casino Manager to lead operations at our Montana locations. You will oversee customer service, supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure security and compliance across the casino and liquor operations.

You will perform essential duties including hiring, training, and evaluating employees, maintaining inventory, and coordinating administrative tasks. A Montana driver’s license and willingness to drive for errands are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations and staff supervision.
• Ability to perform audits and bookkeeping.
• Knowledge of liquor store operations.
• Must have Montana driver’s license and be able to operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service at location and enforce operations standards.
• Plan, lead, develop, and monitor sales, margins, security, and controls.
• Hire, train, and discipline employees; plan succession.
• Hands-on duties: Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, Assistant Manager.
• Audit machines and manage deposits, reports, and compliance.
• Maintain liquor store readiness and inventory management.
• Submit paperwork to corporate; maintain records.
• Monitor players club activity and resolve issues.
• Coordinate repairs and parts for equipment.
• Drive for errands and maintain valid Montana driver’s license.
