Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service at the location and supervise decisions aligned with casino standards.
• Lead planning, development, organizing, and follow-up in key operational areas; manage expenses and promotions.
• Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of the location; hire and discipline staff when needed.
• Supervise floor runners, bartenders, bookkeepers, assistants, and managers in training; ensure security of assets.
• Perform audits, bookkeeping, payroll, and daily deposits; prepare reports for the corporate office.
• Audit gaming machines and liquor store inventory; ensure compliance with state inspections.
