Montana’s Best Casinos is seeking a Casino Manager to lead guest services and daily operations. You will drive customer satisfaction, supervise staff, and maintain security and financial controls at the location.

The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to perform multiple operations tasks, and the responsibility to manage payroll, audits, and reporting while ensuring a welcoming, high-service environment for guests.

Responsibilities

• be accountable for customer service at your location and supervisory decisions aligned with Casino Operations standards.
• assist in planning, leadership, developing, organizing and follow-up in controllable expenses and promotions.
• set an example for coworkers in professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in customer service and casino operations.
• maintain overall maintenance and cleanliness of the location, and handle hiring and discipline of employees.
• perform duties of Floor Runner, Bartender, Bookkeeper, and Assistant Manager when needed.
• audit, payroll, deposits, and daily report writing as part of administrative tasks.
