Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. operates The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO, and seeks a Casino Manager. The role oversees slots, table games, beverage, and hotel operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and staff leadership.

You will manage day-to-day casino activities, safeguard internal controls, and align with company policies while providing excellent guest service and promoting advancement from within.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required.
• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years in casino operations leadership.
• Knowledge of Slot, Cage, Beverage and Table Game systems.
• Proficient in Slot and Table Game procedures.
• Identify control deficiencies and report to surveillance.
• Colorado Key Gaming License or ability to obtain.
• Understanding of Colorado Gaming Regulations and ICMPs.
• Knowledge of alcohol beverage control regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• Identity and right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all property work activities.
• Assist in managing Slots, Table Games, Sportsbook, Beverage, Food, Hotel & EVS.
• Assist in managing Gaming Operations staff.
• Handle administrative responsibilities from Gaming Operation Managers.
• Approve check overrides and sign jackpots up to limits.
• Oversee day-to-day and long-term operations with staff.
• Notify casino manager of suspicious activity promptly.
• Ensure compliance with Gaming regulatory and internal controls.
• Maintain guest relations and address concerns professionally.
• Know operations across Colorado properties; step in as Casino Manager when absent.
