The Lodge Casino, operated by Jacobs Entertainment, Inc., is seeking a Seasons Buffet Sous Chef in Black Hawk, CO. This role will lead kitchen operations in a fast-paced buffet setting, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely service.

You will supervise staff, monitor health and safety standards, and coordinate with the warehouse to requisition ingredients. Our benefits package supports your growth and stability within a dynamic entertainment company.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of the food service industry.
• Culinary degree or equivalent work experience; ServSafe certification preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience in a high-volume food establishment.
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor the quality and presentation of all food items.
• Supervise and manage kitchen staff.
• Requisition food items from the warehouse, timely and accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of all kitchen areas.
• Practice procedures to increase yields and reduce waste.
• Complete daily logs and temperature logs; perform line checks.
• Uphold all health department policies and procedures.
• Other duties include compliance with regulations and company policies.
