The Lodge Casino in Black Hawk, CO, part of Jacobs Entertainment, Inc. (JEI), is seeking a Restaurant Manager for White Buffalo Steakhouse. You will lead daily operations, ensure top-tier service, manage P&L, and develop a strong leadership team in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in high-volume food & beverage operations.
• Strong financial, analytical, and business acumen.
• Ability to lead teams, manage performance, and develop talent.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Able to read, interpret, and analyze financial or legal documents.
• Strong computer skills (Windows, Word, Excel).
• 3+ years in high-volume restaurant management; 3+ years in senior management.
• Food Safety Manager Certification.
• Must establish identity and legal right to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of the assigned outlet(s) with consistent service culture.
• Own full P&L responsibilities including revenue, labor, costs, and forecasting.
• Coach and develop outlet management teams and leadership bench.
• Collaborate with casino, marketing, and property leadership on promotions and events.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, labor laws, and policies.
• Oversee inspections, corrective actions, and audit readiness.
• Drive profitability, budgets, and KPI attainment.
• Maintain positive guest satisfaction and service trends.
