Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related area with at least 1 year of progressively responsible leadership experience; or five (5) years of leadership experience in related area; or three (3) years of supervisory experience in casino gaming.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Must obtain ABLE liquor license.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
• Must provide documents to show eligibility to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Guest services leadership and ensuring quality guest experiences.
• Develops and implements staff schedules, performance standards, and departmental plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NIGC/ONGC and internal controls.
• Oversees operational reporting and business growth initiatives.
• Leads organizational development, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Decision-making based on data and standards; supervises discipline when necessary.
• Maintains clear internal and external communications and information flow.
• Manages budgets and department expenses to meet financial targets.
• Fosters cross-department coordination for efficient floor operations.
