Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Hospitality or Gaming plus 3 months of department-specific banking experience.
• Or Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality, Finance, Accounting, or Gaming with 6+ months of department-specific banking experience.
• Or High School Diploma/GED with 1 year of department-specific banking experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain a gaming license from the Osage Nation.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Osage Nation preference applies to all positions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Cage Cashiers and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Communicate company information and decisions to staff; conduct 1:1 meetings with direct reports.
• Maintain excellent guest service and cooperate with guests and staff.
• Ensure regulatory compliance with NIGC, ONGC and gaming regulations and record-keeping.
