Osage Casinos is seeking an Executive Housekeeper to lead the housekeeping department within the casino resort. You will oversee room attendants and laundry staff, ensuring top cleanliness, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This leadership role requires supervising a team, coordinating duties, conducting inspections, and supporting the Housekeeping Manager to achieve goals, with a strong emphasis on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• High School diploma or GED.
• 2 years housekeeping experience in a hotel, casino resort, or large hospitality environment required.
• 1 year of supervisory experience required.
• Experience assisting teams in a fast-past guest-focused environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping staff to ensure guest rooms, suites, public areas and back-of-house spaces meet cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate daily work schedules and adjust staffing based on occupancy.
• Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms and public areas.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to housekeeping staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cleaning procedures, and regulatory standards.
