Town Pump Inc. is seeking a Casino Assistant Manager to lead shift operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures. The role emphasizes service excellence and teamwork in a dynamic casino environment.

You will oversee payroll, inventories, scheduling, audits, and reporting, while maintaining state liquor regulations and high standards of integrity. This position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays, with Montana liquor certification

Qualifications

• Casino or hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to manage payroll and inventories.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exceptional customer service and team training skills.
• Must have Alcohol sales/service certification approved by the State of Montana.
• Must have a valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours, and screen phone calls while making accounting decisions aligned with casino standards.
• Lead by example in professionalism and teamwork, train and coach staff, and cover for managers when needed.
• Perform managerial duties including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reports.
• Prioritize and organize office tasks, secure casino assets and cash, and audit shift reports.
• Complete casino paperwork, daily reports, purchases, and inventory adjustments; manage payroll records.
• Manage vendor controls, invoices, liquor orders, deliveries, stock, and pricing for promotions and state rules.
• Balance six-week analysis reports, maintain data entry, and prepare deposits subject to management approval.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays; stay reachable via phone or messaging.
• Maintain a Montana liquor audit readiness and assist in liquor store preparations.
