Qualifications

• Experience in casino operations or hospitality management preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Liquor sales/service certification required by state and company.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer service during shift hours and manage phone calls according to operations standards.
• Assist in planning, leadership, organizing, and follow-ups across office procedures, invoicing, and data entry.
• Perform duties of a manager including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reporting.
• Balance financials and audit shift reports; maintain security of assets and cash.
• Complete casino paperwork, daily reports, purchases, and inventory adjustments.
• Oversee liquor orders, pricing, audits, and state compliance.
• Prepare bank deposits subject to manager approval.
