Responsibilities

• Oversee shift hours, customer service, and phone screening per standards.
• Train and coach staff; cover for managers when needed.
• Perform managerial duties including payroll, inventories, scheduling, and reports.
• Maintain asset security and accurate cash handling; audit reports.
• Complete vendor controls, liquor orders, and ensure pricing compliance with regulations.
