Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Direct supervision of three Departments which are assigned by the GM and can be modified by the GM at his/her discretion. Indirect authority over all Departments.
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by the Hollywood from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Team members with irregular attendance will be subject to Hollywood disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination of employment. Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Team members may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property. Upon employment, all Team members are required to fully comply with Hollywood policies and procedures for the safe and efficient operation of company facilities. Team members who violate company policies and procedures are subject to disciplinary action up to and including termination of employment.

Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university. A minimum of five years of comparable gaming experience with progressive responsibilities; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
