Qualifications

• Six months experience in food or customer service field with cash handling preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills, fluent and literate in English.
• Able to be on feet for entire shift.
• Able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
• Must be able to tolerate areas with high noise levels and bright lights.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and coworkers in a helpful, upbeat, and professional manner while taking orders, handling payments, delivering meals, and bussing and cleaning dining areas.
• Monitor and replenish food products, stock counters, and displays.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area throughout the shift.
• Ensure proper food storage, rotation, and temperature to minimize waste and maintain quality.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth shift operations and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and comply with sanitation and safety standards.
