Growe Talents group client is an international online gaming company focused on sports betting and casino services, with a strong presence in Latin America. The role involves developing and launching casino games, operating CRM, CS, and back-office platforms, and coordinating with providers and the HQ Sportsbook team.

The ideal candidate has experience in online sportsbook operations, a solid understanding of betting markets, odds, and margins, and a willingness to focus on casino operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in online sportsbook operations or a related sports betting role.
• Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, odds, margin, and the sports calendar.
• Willingness to focus on casino operations as the main area of responsibility.
• Experience with casino products, either on the game provider side or within a product company, is a plus.
• Understanding of leading casino game providers and key games across different casino product types.
• Ability to work with product KPIs and metrics.
• Experience with analytics platforms to measure impact (e.g., Tableau).
• Basic design skills (Figma) to create simple designs.
• Experience using AI tools in daily work is a strong plus.

Our client is an international online gaming company offering sports betting and casino services, with a significant presence in Latin America. Strategic focus is to deliver a high-quality, personalized gaming experience, leveraging advanced technology and localized services to cater to the preferences of the different Latin American players. Develop and launch own Casino Games, as well as operate own CRM, CS and Back-office platforms.

Set up and manage casino tournaments;

Work with the HQ Sportsbook team to highlight relevant sporting events, markets, and promotions within the product;

Analyse competitors’ sportsbook offerings and odds, providing insights and suggestions for improvement;

Monitor product performance and player activity using relevant KPIs and analytics tools.

Experience you’ll need to bring:

Experience working in online sportsbook operations or a related sports betting role;

Strong understanding of sportsbook mechanics, betting markets, odds, margin, and the sports calendar;

Willingness to take on casino operations as the main focus of the role;

Experience working with casino products, either on the game provider side or within a product company, would be an advantage;

Understanding of leading casino game providers and key games across different casino product types would be an advantage;

Ability to work with product KPIs and metrics;

Experience with Tableau or other analytics platforms to measure and evaluate the impact of your work;

Basic Figma skills to create and edit simple designs;
