Job summary

Lucky Star Casino is seeking a Player’s Club Representative to deliver excellent guest service to all Lucky Star guests and Player’s Club members. The role involves maintaining the club database, redeeming credits, and cross-selling events and amenities. The position requires flexibility with morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, including holidays and special events.

A gaming license is required. This onsite role emphasizes a positive attitude and confidentiality in a dynamic casino

Qualifications

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to operate a computer.
• Must be fluent in English.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license.

Responsibilities

• Builds and accurately maintains database through club membership, redeems credits for gifts and other amenities.
• Provides guests with promotional and general casino information.
• Communicates to guests and other departments the benefits of the Player’s Club program.
• Cross sells property, events, and amenities.
• Creates an exciting atmosphere for guests following Lucky Star/Feather Warrior customer service standards.
• Operates as a team player and maintains an upbeat and positive attitude throughout shift.
• Makes suggestions to streamline processes and improve the guest experience.
• Maintains confidentiality of all guest information and business operations.
• Complies with state, federal, tribal, and regulatory policies and procedures.
