Job summary

Resorts World Las Vegas LLC is seeking a Player’s Club Representative to act as the frontline ambassador for our loyalty program. You will warmly greet guests, enroll new members, handle inquiries, and promote rewards and promotions while ensuring a personalized experience for both new and returning guests.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and can maintain confidentiality and compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of customer service in a guest-facing role.
• Preferred experience in a luxury resort or casino environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and explain the Player’s Club benefits, rewards and promotions.
• Enroll new members and assist with account setup and verification.
• Respond to inquiries on point balances, tier status, offers and redemptions.
• Promote current promotions and drive guest engagement.
• Resolve issues professionally and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate member records and data integrity.
