Bally's Corporation in Evansville, IN is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to maintain cleanliness of dishes, cookware and silverware. You will keep the dish machine clean, stock food areas, and report issues promptly.

This role operates in a 24/7 casino setting indoors with controlled temperatures; candidates must stand 7+ hours, work varied shifts including holidays/weekends, and comply with safety policies. Education required: high school; food/beverage experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• Keep the dish machine clean and report any functional or mechanical problems immediately.
• Sweep and mop all floors in kitchen area to ensure they are free of food and water.
• Stock all food areas with necessary inventory.
• Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
• Comply fully with the company's safety policies and procedures.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
