Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in Food and Beverage setting is preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and sanitizes dishes, cookware, and silverware.
• Keeps the dish machine clean and reports any problems.
• Sweeps and mops floors in the kitchen area.
• Stocks food areas with necessary inventory.
• Bags and hauls trash to dumpster at designated times.
• Inspects kitchens, workrooms, and equipment for cleanliness and order.
• Reports shortages and requisitions replacement of equipment.
• Complies with safety policies and procedures.
• Able to stand and walk for 7+ hours.
• Follows Company Service Standards; works varied hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned.
