Job summary

Four Winds Casino New Buffalo is seeking a culinary operations leader to oversee the Players Lounge and kitchen. You will supervise culinary staff, ensure sanitation and presentation standards, and coordinate with the Executive Sous Chef on recipes and control procedures.

The role requires ServSafe certification or the ability to obtain it, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to manage production schedules while ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced casino environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hospitality degree or certificate preferred.
• Experience supervising 20+ staff.
• ServSafe certification required or eligible.
• Knowledge of HACCP standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Players Lounge operations on a continual basis.
• Schedule, evaluate, and monitor culinary staff.
• Supervise cooks and workers in food preparation and presentation.
• Ensure sanitation and visual standards of food products.
• Coordinate recipes and control procedures with the Executive Sous Chef.
• Estimate supplies and costs; manage production schedules.
