Job summary

Two Kings Casino is seeking a Cook I to prepare and cook food items per established recipes and standards. You will help ensure quality, taste, and presentation while maintaining a clean, organized kitchen.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of high-volume kitchen experience, strong food-safety knowledge, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced casino setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid Catawba Gaming License.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year of experience in a high-volume kitchen or similar role.
• Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, team-orientated environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
